It was recently announced by Bitcoin Center NYC they would start offering Bitcoin courses to the general public in the near future. As of this Wednesday (tomorrow, that is), anyone who is interested in learning more about Bitcoin will be able to attend these courses.
Bitcoin courses will be held every Wednesday, with one course starting at 12pm, and the second course of the day taking place at 2pm. Every course is free of charge, and no reservations are necessary, simply make sure you arrive at Bitcoin Center NYC in time, and you can attend your course.
Topics being discussed are labelled as “Bitcoin 101”, as both experienced and novice users will receive more information about what Bitcoin is, why you want to use it, how you can obtain Bitcoin and where you can get even more information about this digital currency. The final part of each session will feature a Q&A session.
Every course is scheduled to last approximately 45 minutes, giving you plenty of time to discuss the Bitcoin topic with other attendees, friends or even family after the course. These courses will develop further as feedback is collected from attendees, and we might even see more advanced courses in the future.
If there is a particular topic you think would be of interest to the general public, feel free to email the course developer at firstname.lastname@example.org with your thoughts and ideas.
