So a few people have asked me to do a follow-up article on BlueChip, a relatively new digital currency which we covered before in an article here. Let’s take a closer look at what the team has been up to over the past few weeks!
When we last discussed BlueChip, the coin was still in its Proof-of-Work stage, which has ended a little while ago. As of this writing, BlueChip is 100% Proof-of-Stake, and users are generating stake interest at 15% per annum.
Something worth of interest is the fact BlueChip developers have announced a series of keynotes, taking place during July. We will also see more features being announced a few days after each keynote.. You can see the full schedule here :
All of these feature releases have been codenamed (in order by date) : Carbon, SiliCon, Xenon and Fluor. There is a fifth feature called Krypton, but no official release date has been announced yet. We will keep an eye out for further updates.
