It has been announced for quite some time now we would see a BoomCoin Core Development Whitepaper being released very soon. As of two days ago, that exact whitepaper has been unveiled to the public. The time has come for us to take a closer look at this document and see what the fuss is all about.
BoomCoin Introduction
Most of your cryptocurrency enthusiasts will know by now that BoomCoin was created by Cleverhash Technologies, the same people behind the Cleverhash ASIC miners and the CHASH token which recently completed its ICO.
The reason they created BoomCoin was to facilitate a decentralized CRM solution for both business and consumers alike. Most, if not nearly all current cloud storage structures and platforms are moving towards centralized cloud based solutions. As we all know by now, centralization usually leads to issues down the line, and thus BoomCoin was created in order to tackle this looming problem.
Casebox
By forking BoomCoin from Casebox’s open source crm software and integrating it into the wallet-qt, a decentralized business contact management solution for the general cryptocurrency community was created. By tapping into the US$98bn cloud storage business, BoomCoin value will be locked in, to great joy of the BOOM community.
For those of you not familiar with the Casebox project, some unique features will be added to the BoomCoin qt-wallet over time. Previewing documents in a separate wallet tab without having to open a third party application is just one of those examples.
Speaking of tabs, multiple tabs will be supported as well, giving users the experience of using browser tabs, without actually using a browser. When opening a document in one of those tabs, users will be able to edit said document in Microsoft Office or Libre Office. Downloading and re-uploading documents will be a thing of the past once this features gets added to BoomCoin.
Privacy & Security
Such a big undertaking has to be based on very tight security and privacy protocols. To provide these solutions, the BoomCoin team is always on the lookout to add top talent to their team of developers, either on a voluntary or contractual basis.
The goal is to create a CRM solution where intellectual property, contacts & data are safely encrypted and stored on BoomCoin’s blockchain. If you value privacy first and convenience second, then you have come to the right place.
Most cloud-based services are under no obligation to report any security breaches. Any issues regarding data sovereignty are subject to distinguishing between sensitive and nonsensitive database entries and files. However, data sovereignty can be attained via the cloud if the right decentralized platform is available, which is where BoomCoin comes into the picture.
Booming Partnerships
Various companies, which are all developing new and groundbreaking products and/or services, are being contacted in order to propose BOOM partnerships. These contacts will serve a purpose in the form of “Boomtown”, a place where you can buy cutting edge products (with BoomCoin I assume). Several of these companies are well known names in the technology world, such as Blackphone and Case.
BoomCoin has also partnered up with Coin Gateway, giving users and investors the opportunity to spend their BOOM wherever Bitcoin is accepted as a payment method. Merchants like Dell, Newegg, Namecheap and Gyft are at your disposal for all of your shopping needs.
