Today seems to be a good day for some updates from altcoins we haven’t heard too much about over the past few weeks. After the Stealthcoin updates we provided earlier today, we have now received some more updated from the Cannabiscoin team. More information about potential future events, pending paperwork, expanding the team, and a whole lot more can be found below!
DeltaNine, the lead developer of CANN, has been silent over the past few weeks because of bad to not internet connectivity during his travels for both business and personal reasons. Apparently there are still places where you have to pay US$0.75 per minute for annoyingly slow internet. Then again, he was in some remote areas, so that might explain a thing or two.
The trip was pretty exciting though, as D9 got to sample some South American Sativa strains while touring private cannabis plantations. Most of our readers will know how, in the movies anyway, you need to be escorted through these plantations are “donate” money to the right people? That is not just stuff from the movies I’m afraid, but I’m sure such tight security is more than necessary in those regions.
While some of you might be wondering why a trip to South America was really necessary, it is all a part of the future plans for Cannabiscoin. In fact, the idea is to find a Sativa strain suitable for medical marijuana purposes. More information on this project will be revealed over time, and we will keep an eye out for official updates.
Lots of information has been made available about future YesWeCann events, even though there is no official date regarding the next event just yet. DeltaNine did mention he will be announcing a next event “as he gets the information and confirmation.” Slightly mysterious if you ask me, so we will have to keep an eye out for further details.
Black Beauty will be a part of future YesWeCann events. For those of you who have no idea who or what Black Beauty is, it’s DeltaNine’s Black H1 Hummer Wagon. The plan is to outfit the Hummer with some Cannabiscoin vinyl and logos.
Once completed, Black Beauty will partake in car shows, bringing more awareness to CANN. As there have been requests from other community members regarding CANN decals, they will be created in the near future.
More Team Members
Another medical marijuana members has been added to the team, and his/her role will be assisting with the grow and the addition of future supply. All of the legal paperwork is pending for now, so it might not be until 2015 until everything is completed.
More helping hands are still welcome, and any valuable skill you can bring to the table will go a long way. If you are interested in joining the Cannabiscoin team, get in touch with DeltaNine through email : firstname.lastname@example.org
