The KryptKoin marketplace is one of those project I have personally been looking forward to for a rather long time. Unfortunately, myself and the rest of the KTK community had to endure several delays until this project finally went live. However, the long wait is finally over, and Kryptly is available to the public!
The original launch for KryptKoin Marketplace Kryptly was scheduled for a few weeks ago. As is usually the case when undertaking a rather large project, that launch date had to be postponed several times due to an annoying bug which kept popping up.
On top of that, the host of Kryptly, a third party service, had some issues with their API server going down, which didn’t help matters either. A hardware fix had to be implemented, which only occurred 48 hours ago. This issue was out of the hands of the KryptKoin developer, so no one can fault him for that.
After everything is said and done, Kryptly is now available to the public, and will serve as a decentralized marketplace for KTK users. Once you open up the website, there are still a few dummy products listed, which had been added for testing purposes.
The plan is to not only accept KryptKoin as a payment method on Kryptly, but also Bitcoin payments. That feature has been disabled for now though, but according to the developer, BTC payments will be enabled after the weekend.
Early next week, the first product owned by Kryptly marketplace will be added, and once deemed that everything is in working order, the second Kryptly-owned product will be added. As far as we know, these products are a wordpress plugin and a wordpress theme.
Not every Kryptly feature is up and running just yet, but that should not diminish the user experience in the least. The KryptKoin developer did not announce which features these are exactly, but we will keep an eye out for further information.
As far as listing your product goes, all products will have to be approved (manually?) before being listed for sale on Kryptly. There is a 1% flat fee on successful sales. Do keep in mind several sections, such as TOS and a copyright notice, still need to be added to Kryptly over the next few weeks.
The developer is also looking into the possibility of adding even more altcoins to the Kryptly platform. Both Litecoin and Dogecoin are being considered at this point, and more coins will be reviewed as time progresses.
