Those of you who have been involved in the world of Bitcoin, altcoins and digital currency in general, have probably heard of the ongoing issues with Moolah.io. With SysCoin still being owed a lot of money from their pre-sale, which was hosted by Moolah.io, they decided to take legal action. A new update in this story has been provided, so let’s see what is going on.
In our previous article, we mentioned how the SysCoin team took legal action against Moolah.io and MooPay LTD. Unfortunately, we could not disclose any further details at that time, due to UK law restrictions. However, more information has been slowly trickling in over the past few days.
The London High Court granted an emergency injunction against MooPay LTD, and more importantly, against Ryan Kennedy personally. If either party attempts to sell of any Bitcoins at all, they will be in breach of this injunction and face time in prison.
In order to recover the funds owed to the SysCoin team, Selachii LLP lawyers will be back in the London High Court next week. Ryan Kennedy/Alex Green will be most likely imprisoned if these funds are not released immediately.
For those of you who are unaware, Alex Green, who was the CEO of MintPal after MooPay LTD acquired management of this exchange, and Ryan Kennedy are the same person. Ryan Kennedy is his real life name, and he is a well-known internet scammer. You can find more details in this article, but as always, do your own research.
