It looks like things are heading in the right direction once again for the Syscoin developers. As the legal workload has been decreased (for the time being), proper development on the BlockMarket project has picked up again, and we should see some progress being made soon. Furthermore, there are talks between SYS and XST in regards to anonymous payments for decentralized markets. Ho ho ho, let’s go!
Syscoin development news has been few and far between over the past few months, which has to do with the legal battle between SYS and Ryan Kennedy. However, the legal workload has been drastically reduced for the time being, so the developers will be enjoying their time outside of court as much as they can.
As a result, we will see more progress being made on BlockMarket, Syscoin’s decentralized marketplace system. On top of that, the SYS team is still looking for additional developers who are looking to be part of the community. More helping hands means projects can be developed at a faster rate, which all community members will be happy about.
Even though Syscoin has a rocky start to say the least, they are still around and making progress where other altcoins would have disappeared into obscurity. If the developers can keep up their positive attitude, and developer big projects such as BlockMarket in due time, 2015 could prove to be an interesting year for SYS.
Last but not least, there are ongoing talks between Syscoin and Stealthcoin developers. From what we can gather, both parties are discussing the possibility of anonymous payments for decentralized marketplaces. No further information was provided at this point in time, but we will keep an eye out for further updates.
