Digital currency is all about decentralization, giving financial power and freedom back to everyday people, and most importantly, being as innovative as possible. Why is it then that certain aspects of our beloved digital currency are turning towards the same source (centralization?!) for certain features? Certainly not because there are no alternatives, so let’s dig a little bit deeper.

I’m not talking about how so many coins are copying features from other popular/established/flavor of the month altcoins. That is an entirely separate issue which we will address in a future article, don’t worry. What I am talking about is how all coin developers want to get their code vetted, which is a good thing.
