There have been a ton of recent PinkCoin achievements and developments that hardly anyone seems to be willing to give them credit for. It’s a good thing we are around then, to sum it all up for your reading pleasure. Let’s take a look!
As you may, or may not know, it is possible to get domain extensions that are rather unusual, such as domainname.pink. The PinkCoin team has successfully managed to overtake the top level . pink domain name Crypto.pink.
Some very interesting PinkCoin news has been announced over the past few days. I intentionally waited a day extra to post all of it, seeing at what pace they were coming out. I think we’ve got all of them now, so let’s do a quick recap!
AltAccept, an online Crypto payment processor , added PinkCoin to their list of accepted coins. Merchants can opt to accept any or all supported Cryptos via their AltAccept settings page. A big step forward for the PinkCoin community!
Even though we have posted a ton of articles today, site traffic is still extremely low, so we’ll just keep adding more news. PinkCoin has had some very interesting 24 hours, as they got added to Poloniex, and started the Millionaire’s Challenge.
Even though I said only yesterday it would be a matter of time before PinkCoin would be added to either Poloniex or MintPal, it seems at least one of them actually listened. Poloniex added a PinkCoin/Bitcoin trading pair ,which has seen over 100 Bitcoin in trading volume so far.
Even though we only talked about PinkCoin yesterday, there have been some interesting developments that I want to tell you guys about. The anonymous features are no longer in beta, for example, which should spark massive interest.
When I wrote the article yesterday, PinkCoin’s anonymous features were still in beta. Shortly after my article however, a “soft launch” of these features was announced by the development team. Soft launch as in, announced slightly ahead of time.
I really am a sucker for comeback stories. Luckily for my profession, as Senior Editor of this fine website, Crypto has quite some comeback stories as well. Take a look at PinkCoin for example, which has recently resurfaced in spectacular fashion.
PinkCoin History
PinkCoin started out as a regular pump-and-dump Crypto. As it was to be expected, the coin got abandoned by the original developer pretty soon, and there was a community takeover. Or to be more precise, PinkCoin is now 100% community-run.
