It’s due time to take a look at what KeyCoin has been up to over the past few days, as they have posted multiple developer updates. The anonymity feature has been reviewed, KeyOS is mentioned and lots more! Fasten your seatbelts folks, it’ll be a wild ride.
Let’s start things off with the review of KeyCoin’s anonymous transaction system. As this was requested by the community, user AtcSecure on the BitcoinTalk forums has taken a closer look at the code, and shared his findings with all of us. In order to properly anonymize transactions, the KeyCoin code allows for each transaction to take multiple passes through the cluster. As the entire protocol, including these enhancements, is fully encrypted, there is no way to gain any information by sniffing the network.
