As I mentioned in our previous ZeusHash article earlier this week, a new feature called HashBuff would be coming to the platform very soon. In an email newsletter going out overnight, we now know what Hashbuff is and how it can be obtained. An update in regards to the conversion of Volcano orders was provided as well. And there is a new piece of hardware thanks to the RockMiner partnership! Let’s take a look!
What is a HashBuff?
As the name suggests, HashBuffs are temporary enhancements to your overall ZeusHash mining experience. These buffs come in several forms, such as extra hashrate (5 or 100 GH/s), one day/week with 0% maintenance fees and 1 or 3 days of double payouts. All of them sound pretty good if you ask me, but how do you get one?
Obtaining a HashBuff
Obtaining HashBuffs is quite simple actually. All orders placed between November 5th and November 9th, one random HashBuff will be allocated to you, and go into effect immediately on the order you placed during these days.
There are a maximum of 3 HashBuffs to be obtained per user per day. As these HashBuffs are assigned in a totally random fashion, it is possible to get one and the same buff multiple times. It would be awesome to get double earnings on your three orders though, wouldn’t it?
Volcano conversion to ZeusHash
A lot of customers who pre-ordered the Volcano ASIC miner have already seen their orders converted to ZeusHash mining power, and are happily mining away as we speak. A few orders are left to be converted, but this process should be completed shortly.
For those customers who opted to get a refund (plus extra free hashing power) and paid their order in either Bitcoin or Litecoin, should have received the funds in their ZeusHash wallets. These coins can be withdrawn immediately, or used to purchase cloud node power.
Bank transfer refunds are being processed as well, and the ZeusMiner team is working hard to verify all of the information is correct. Because of cross-border banking regulations, it can take upto 5-7 business days before the funds will appear in your bank account.
New R-Box from RockMiner
A new Bitcoin ASIC Miner is now up for sale on the ZeusMiner website, and comes to up thanks to their partnership with RockMiner. The R-Box packs 100GH/s of Bitcoin mining power and costs just US$85. Package plans for 5pcs (US$419) and 10pcs($US799) are available as well.
