Now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s take a look at what FairQuark actually is, and why it would be more fair than Quark (according to the developers).
Like the original Quark, FairQuark is a CPU-coin, which means anyone with a computer (desktop or laptop, doesn’t matter) can start mining FairQuark, without installing any third-party mining software that isn’t included in the FairQuark client.
The team behind FairQuark, is a high-skilled team of Finnish developers. In total, there will be 247,000,000 FairQuark mined within the first year, and 1,000,000 FairQuark anually afterwards. There is no real “limit” tot he amount of FairQuark that will be generated, but they will become very scarce to mine in a year from now.
There is also a 4% “fair” FairQuark pre-mine that you should be made aware of. According to the FairQuark developers, this will be used for bounties, giveaways, promotion & server payments. At least they are honest and upfront about it, so that has to account for something.
We at CryptoArticles are anxious to see where FairQuark will end up in a few months. There’s not only the direct competition with Quark, but with a ton of other forms of Cryptocurrency, who are all vying for our attention.
These are very interesting times indeed….

stupidest thing since dogecoin, crypto’s have gone to shit, i’m moving on….
Bitcoin was first (kind of) and is biggest, but it has too many limitations. Eventually someone will come out with a crypto that will be a contender as a legit currency. Is fairquark it? I don’t know but to date, every "shitcoin" that has come out has had some value to some degree.
I think it’s up to us a a user base to pick the one with the best qualities and start using it, not as a USD speculative investment but as a true buying and selling tool.
Every day dozens of new "alt-coins" are being thought up and created by childish developers looking to capitalize on trademarked popularity and existing fan bases. As a brick and mortar business owner who believes in crypto currency, I can never see myself buying supplies or selling goods for "zobmiecoins" or "potcoins".
Bitcoins have an established use along with litecoins. The original Quark coin is probably one of the best ideas, but is to heavily horded. FairQuark is a potential candidate however. It was professionally developed for businesses based on the same principles as QRK but with a more even distribution model.
I could see myself selling goods and services and more importantly buying supplies for my business with FRQ.
