I am really pleased with the fact that we can now aid charities in raising funds, by donating with cryptocurrency. The charity I’m talking about here is The Water Project. It gets even better when two of the currencies I like, go for the same goal, to make a good impression.
Anyway, back to The Water Project for a second, which is now gladly accepting donations in the form of cryptocurrency. A big kudos to the organisation for making this possible, as it’s good PR for everyone : the charity, the cryptocurrency community,… Not to mention, a lot more people will now chip in, who otherwise might have not.
Unfortunately, this also leads to some bickering and harsh words being exchanged. That is not what this is about guys, all communities are trying to help the same charity. There is no such thing as “raising too much funds for a good cause”.
This isn’t about e-peen either though. We do understand that each coin wants to be unique in their own way. But there is no reason why multiple separate, enthusiastic communities can’t work together towards the same goal.
Both WorldCoin and NobleCoin have started their own project to do a fundraiser for The Water Project. It’s great to see this unfolding before our very eyes. Try to co-operate a bit guys, this is not a competition, we are all on the same side here.
We as a cryptocurrency community needs to extend more olive branches and fight less among ourselves, if we want this whole thing to succeed.
Therefor, WorldCoin community, and NobleCoin community, we at CryptoArticles are very happy with what you both are doing separately, as well as regarding this united cause. Please, stop fighting over it, and try to work together. It’s in everybody’s best interest.
