We previously reported on the FlutterCoin Multipool going live. Even though it has been relatively quiet since that launch, as there was some confusion on whether it was a legit pool or not, we have some details for you.
First of all, the FlutterCoin Multipool’s website address is quite simple : http://www.fluttercoinpool.com . I’m pretty sure you guys figured it out for yourselves, but in case you hadn’t, there you go.
Now, there was some debate on whether or not this was the correct FlutterCoin multipool. Mostly because it was originally advertised as “private beta only”, and all of a sudden it became a public beta without any warning in advance.
These things happen though, and I’ve mined on the pool myself a few days ago. It worked fine, even though it only supports Scrypt mining as of this writing. No word yet if other mining algorithms will be supported at a later date.
It’s not possible to look up your worker details on the FlutterCoin pool either, as it gives a “cannot POST” error. This has been since day one, and I really hope it can get fixed soon. it’s not a dealbreaker or anything, but it would be nice to look up my stats.
I’m sure you’re all most interested in the payout. Well, I mined on that pool for about 16 ish hours, and received 13.641 FlutterCoin. Not very impressive, but it was in the line of expectations, for me anyway.
From what we can gather, there are about 60 miners constantly mining on the FlutterCoin Multipool. I’m not sure whether this is more or fewer than everyone anticipated. Wouldn’t mind seeing more people interesting in “mining” FlutterCoin there though.
