It appears there is another WhiteCoin client update on the horizon. Not to fix any major bugs or anything like that, but to add some more features as requested by the WhiteCoin community. This update is not mandatory.
The first feature that will be added, is called Advanced Coin Control, which will let users choose which blocks they want to tranfer for optimized staking. More control over your own coins is never a bad thing in my book.
Up next is a Mint Staking Information Icon. As you may know, many clients supporting Proof-of-Stake have a small icon in the right bottom corner of the client, indicating whether coins are staking or not, and how long is left for you to receive a stake.
An Unlock Wallet Button will also be implemented in this WhiteCoin client update. For now, users have to navigate through menus in order to unlocked their wallets. Making it easier for users to do so, is always helpful.
Last but not least, you will now also be able to actually install the WhiteCoin client as any other Windows program, instead of manually navigating to a folder to open it. Once again, ease-of-use is good!
The updated WhiteCoin client is set for release on May 14th at 16:00 GMT, which is tomorrow afternoon for me. A special thanks goes out to MindFox, Oizopower and Cryptowest. And m of course, the entire WhiteCoin team!
