Isn't BCC = Bitconnect Coin and not Bitcoin Cash which is (BCH)? The site you showed (VitaBTC) was displaying BCC. Can you clarify that?

Am I being slow?? How are people able to sell their BCH AND keep their BTC.??…I thought BTC holders were credited BCH at a 1:1 ratio when the fork happened…then, one could sell one or the other… but NOT both…….I'm now hearing of people selling their BCH whilst retaining their BTC ?……I understand that people who left their BTC in some exchanges were able to do this but thought that those who stored their BTC in wallets could not …Confused !!! Can anyone please explain..

Excellent insights on the bitcoin hard fork. In one moment, 16M new coins (BCH) came into existence and are now valued at $6B. BTC still at $2700. This is not a split, it's a war. Bitcoin as we know it could be destroyed. Will SegWit fork create another 16M bitcoin coins with another name? You are so right to point out that the math doesn't add up with BCH. It was created out of thin air. This is not good for bitcoin or blockchain in general. It's a huge mess.

The total network hash rate is just an estimate. It uses the number of block founds during the current adjustment period. Since Bitcoin adjustement period is long, Bitcoin Cash average is still using number of block that were created before its launch…
the networkhashrate is an estimate and since it forked of it started from a very high value i guess. it will approximate the real network hashrate over time.
How to redeem my BCC?

BCC wallets will require you to import your seed or your private keys,
which can be exported from Electrum. Doing so will expose all your
Bitcoin funds associated with that seed to the BCC wallet you decide
to use.
Therefore, after the BCC fork, but before you enter a seed or
private key in a BCC wallet, you should move all your funds to a new
Electrum wallet, with a new seed. You will still be able to use the
old seed or private key with BCC, because BCC has replay
protection. Wait until your funds are confirmed in your new Bitcoin
wallet, before you enter the old private key in a BCC wallet. This
will protect your BTC funds from rogue/untrusted software.
The name of this BCH coin is Bcash – giving it a bitcoin prefix is too generous

Just to let you know, I had about 1/4 of a Bitcoin in my Bittrex account, and they automatically credited me with the same amount of Bitcoin Cash. The Bitcoin Cash wallet is still "under maintenance", so I can't do anything with it, but they did finally re-enable my regular Bitcoin wallet this morning.
On top of all that, by having some Bitcoin in the Bittrex account, I received a nice surprise over the weekend when I saw that they had also credited my account with 176 Lumen, as part of the great Lumen giveaway. So, it would seem that there are some advantages to having a Bittrex account.
Has anybody actually been able to sell their bitcoin cash?? It seems the answer is NO which means this is all fake? and bitcoin cash once you are actually able to sell it easily will plummet

i dont think there is a way to mesure the total network hash rate, and the figure Viabtc is showing is an estimation of total network hash power based on the network's mining difficulty rate. as the BCC chain's difficulty comes down you should also see that figure lower to reflect the new difficulty setting.
