Time to provide our readers with a small update on the BlockNet ITO token sale. As we reported yesterday, there were several exchanges to choose from, as well as the CoinGateway site where users could purchase BLOCK with supported altcoins. Let’s see how the sales are going so far!
For those of you still looking to purchase BLOCK with one of the many participating altcoins in the BlockNet project, I’m afraid I have some bad news. A total of 500 Bitcoin worth of BLOCK was allocated to CoinGateway, and they have all sold out as of last night. CoiNGateway is currently in the process of handling the remaining support tickets, as several users are still waiting to receive the BLOCK they purchased with a 10% discount that was in effect.
Oddly enough, the Bter exchange is not seeing too much of a success with the BlockNet ITO sale it seems. As of right now, there is still over 800 Bitcoin worth of BLOCK for sale at the ITO price of 25,000 Satoshi. Only 11 Bitcoin worth of BLOCK has been sold since our article yesterday, which is quite a surprise if you ask me.
Poloniex on the other hand has seen a lot of BLOCK being sold, but not necessarily at the ITO price either. With BlockNet ITO tokens worth 321 Bitcoin and change left for sale, the 24-hour trading volume has picked up by roughly 50 Bitcoin on Poloniex. Still a bit low, but we are getting there slowly it seems.
The final exchange where you can purchase BlockNet ITO tokens is Bittrex, On the Bittrex exchange, over 500 Bitcoin worth of BLOCK is still up for sale at the ITO price. Looks like this exchange did quite well overnight, with nearly 200 Bitcoin in sales on the BTC/BLOCK trading pair.
There is still plenty of time to get your share of BlockNet ITO shares, but I wouldn’t wait too long if I were you.
