Another mobile Bitcoin wallet has come to my attention as I keep looking for the perfect mobile wallet to suit my needs. BCoiner Bitcoin Wallet has not been updated since December of last year, so it looks like it is not based on the latest release build of the Bitcoin Core client. Keep that in mind before downloading this application.
BCoiner Bitcoin Wallet – No Bells & Whistles
Unlike most mobile Bitcoin wallets, BCoiner is not priding itself on giving you tons of bells and whistles that you may [not] need at all. The developers of this mobile wallet have kept the most important aspects in mind, which are security, ease-of-use and creating a trustworthy environment for both novice and experienced users alike.
Bitcoin is all about giving financial power back to the people, rather than putting your faith in banks and financial institutions. But to take back that monetary control, users will need to be able to take their digital currency wealth with them wherever they go. BCoiner Bitcoin Wallet is one way to take Bitcoin with you at all times.
One thing you may like or dislike about BCoiner Bitcoin Wallet is the fact they do require you to sign up before you can use their services. Personally, I am not a big fan of this, as I like to disclose as little personal information about myself whenever I can. Then again, if you would ever need to recover your account, a sign up process could come in handy.
In terms of functions, BCoiner Bitcoin Wallet looks very elegant, with a nice color scheme – depending on the personal taste of course. The interface itself is easy to navigate and lets you store and spend Bitcoins with a few taps on the screen. All in all, this looks very user-friendly so far.
Other than that, there is not much to tell about BCoiner Bitcoin Wallet, unfortunately. From the information we can gather, there are are no additional features to speak of. No information can be found regarding security either, which is a bit worrying considering the fact this is a web wallet for Bitcoin compiled into a mobile application.
But on the positive side, BCoiner Bitcoin wallet is available for both Ios and Android users!
