As the CoinSummit London event is coming closer, the list of speakers are getting filled. We have been contacted by some of our dedicated readers with questions like: “who we look forward to see and hear and why these people”.
I really do not like picking people over other people because nearly all of them are very interesting. Nevertheless I will make a selection on who I find interesting. JP may do the same though his choices may vary. I will pick 6 people out of the list of speakers.
1. Bobby Lee.
I chose him as the first of my list because he is the co-founder and CEO of BTC China. We did some articles about BTCChina in the past and I am very interested in BTC, digital currencies and their development in the Asia venue.
2. Barend van den Brande.
I would like to see his take on the digital currencies and the directions he thinks Crypto and Bitcoin will take in the future. I also chose him because he studied at the University of Louvain ( or Leuven like we call it here).
3. Constance Choi.
She is a lawyer and as such I like to see her explaining her views on Crypto and how the legal system is possibly going to tackle digital currency.
4. Matthias Kröner.
He is the CEO of of Fidor Bank. He sits in a unique position since he “represents” a bank and as such he can be an indicator how the financial sector might view digital currency as a whole. Are digital currencies a threat to the fiat currencies and banks in general?
5. Songyi Lee.
She is the co-founder of 37coins. I like the concept she represents in her company, empowering the world’s unbanked population by providing access to Bitcoin through a decentralized SMS network.
6. Joel Dietz.
Joel Dietz is the founder of Swarm. We heard some great things about this Crowdfunding platform. As such,my expectations are very high for this speaker and his company.
However there are so many others that I really like to see in action in the discussion arena. Making this small list was very challenging. Every single speaker that will attend the CoinSummit London event is interesting and I look forward to hear them all.
Note from JP : I’ll try to put up my list as well, but I have very busy days ahead of me so…Keep an eye on Twitter too 🙂
