We have already talked about GEMS several times in the past, and today we are touching upon the subject again. Screenshots of the GEMS social messaging application have been released, as well as a small demo video showing off the application when it’s being used.
I have to admit, when I first saw the screenshots, I really wanted to download the application right away and start using it. Unfortunately I only own Android devices, and that version of the GEMS social messaging app is currently still under development.
The entire process of using the GEMS social messaging application looks straightforward and easy to use. Creating an account is as simple as entering your desired username. Users can enter their phone number as well, but this step is completely optional in case you want to remain anonymous on the GEMS network.
GEMS is all about sharing the experience with other users worldwide, and their invitational program plays a big role in getting the word out about GEMS. If you invite a new users to the GEMS network, and they enter your username in the “Who Invited You?” field when signing up, you will receive free GEMS.
As far as account recovery goes , users need to create a secret phrase. From the example in the screenshot it looks like you can get quite creative while doing this, but just make sure you can actually remember this secret phrase if you ever need to use it.
I did mention a short demo video of the GEMS social messaging application in action has been released as well. Make sure to take a closer look at the contacts list in this demo video, you will see some very interesting names there :
