Earning Bitcoin can be achieved without ever spending a dime on buying digital currency, due to this technology opening up a whole new revenue stream for every member of its community. While we talked about signature campaigns and micro jobs in the past, Bitcoin affiliate marketing is one of those areas that should not be overlooked either.
Bitcoin Affiliate Marketing – Pick Your Poison
In the world of Bitcoin and digital currencies, there are ample services to choose from who will gladly give you a certain cut of the sale when bringing new people onboard. Do keep in mind that this percentage will vary from service to service, and that this is no guaranteed way of making money on the internet without putting in the necessary work.
The most common service to offer an affiliate program comes in the form of Bitcoin casino, gambling and betting websites. These types of sites thrive on attracting as many customers as possible who want to place a quick bet, and you will be rewarded with a small portion of money if their bet goes awry.
While this can be seen as praying on someone else’s bad luck, it can also prove to be quite the lucrative way of making money. After all, even a 3-5% commission on the amount of money they lost can add up quickly to a nice sum in a few weeks. And the more people you manage to bring to the platform, the higher those payouts will become.
But there are a lot of other companies that will gladly reward your work as well. Whether it is a cloud mining company – which you should always be wary of when it comes to advertising – a Bitcoin exchange or any other type of Bitcoin-related platform, most of them will make it worth your time in one way or another.
As is usually the case when it comes to affiliate marketing, there is no guaranteed way to do it “right”. Nor is there a way to do it “wrong”, unless you put in no effort whatsoever. All it takes is dedication and carefully selecting which services you want to promote because that is another aspect you have to keep in mind.
Do you pick a service that a lot of people know? It’s not a bad choice, as the company or platform has most likely built up a reputation over time, which is a positive thing. But on the other hand, chances are most people already have an account for that platform or service, which will do you no good in terms of earning a commission.
Or, you could pick a brand new service, and run the risk it turns into a scam or Ponzi scheme. By advertising these types of companies/services, you are not only partly responsible for people losing funds, even though they should never invest money they cannot afford to lose, but it also tarnishes your reputation. Be careful when looking into these types of companies & services.
As you can see, there are plenty of opportunities to explore and if you make the right choices – as in, what works best for you – there is a nice amount of money to be made. But once again, this is not a guaranteed way of striking it rich on the internet, as there is no such thing as free money, not even in the world of Bitcoin.
