News seems to be trickling in slowly, and I have to leave in an hour and a half to go out to dinner with friends. Typical! Either way, there is some more news about the KryptKoin Marketplace, and it seems multiple payment options will be available!
The KryptKoin developers posted a screenshot of how the shopping cart would look once you are ready to purchase goods at the KryptKoin Marketplace. Keep in mind the design (as you can see below) is still subject to change.
The KryptKoin Marketplace will be rolled out in two phases.Phase 1 will be the online website, with sellers having the option accept KryptKoin , Bitcoin and credit card payments. Credit card payments? Wait a minute…!
The credit card payments will be processed through a third party service provider, so no details will be stored on the KryptKoin Marketplace servers. I’m very interested to find out who the tea will be partnering with. If I had to take a stab in the dark, my guess would be Stripe.
What makes the KryptKoin Marketplace even more interesting, is the fact us general users can earn a commission per sale, assuming the seller enables it of course. More details will be released in the near future.
Phase 2 of the KryptKoin Marketplace will be the release of the Android version. This will allow users to buy and sell goods directly through the KryptKoin Android Marketplace app. No official ETA has been given on when phase 2 will begin.
Per sale, the seller will be charged a small fee, which will be deducted automatically from the payment. A percentage of this revenue will be donated to the KryptKoin development fund. Another part of the revenue will be used for further development of the KryptKoin Marketplace.
