could someone who likes to do lots of investment, and business send me a refer link to etherum low fee site/wallet/broker whatever? i will do investments myself!
Deepak Chawla is a scourge of Localbitcoins that should be permanently banned.
I hope they do something about it.
I'm moving to other sites like Paxful until they do.
Thanks Chris. Very informative.
Can you please explain something about ethereum? Does it have a "difficulty" like bitcoin? How does it adjust mining difficulty when new hashpower is added?
I have no faith in crypto currency because the masses will never adopt it, there is too much messing about getting started and is too complicated for the masses, only early adopters and the tech savvy understand its potential which isn't enough, the average person in the street won't trust it won't understand it and will never adopt it, combine this with government opposition and the law that backs them that they govern I see a quick boom of people trying to get rich trading (some have) most won't, then the industry will crash to nothing. People are literally piling all their eggs into one basket which is a big mistake.
I've always wondered how to link my Trezor to myetherwallet.com – thanks for the helpful tip – I will try this tonight!
Thanks, what you think about S t r a t i s ? similar to ethereum with bitcoin fundametals
WTF… you didn't say anything about the potential size of the Ethereum blockchain. Is the concern that it grows to 1TB in size legit or not? This has nothing to do with when people bought Eth, how much they are up, etc. Is this going to actually become a problem or not? Really disappointed in the commentary on that segment as you had nothing to say about it. I was hoping for you to weigh in on the issue, not just explain the potential problem.
more of the outro music please – I like to put the kettle on while it's playing, so at least 20 seconds. great stuff thanx
Dude… you sent 150BTC in Humaniq?! Respect! 😉
MyEtherWallet is a very good wallet. Been using it for a bit now.
thanks so much for ure tips, I got a question that I really need an answer plz, what will happen to the tokens stored on myetherumwallet. if this later one day stops being in existence? are the tokens stored in the trezor or myetherumwallet? thanks in advance
is this a good time to buy bitcoins seeing the high price?
would be good if one of these projects could integrate with something like Storj on any other descentralized storage platform
Thanks or keeping up with all the wallet maze, weirder to try to find places to put stuff than buying/trading!!
Most of those ICOs they were claiming that they will use ETH for :
-only on ETH available smart contracts 😀 ? dividends ? profit sharing ? transparency of contracts ?
-some uses can be safe and fair run can be only on publick chain in secure way (gambling / decentralized exchange contracts like ethdelta)
-if you want sell token just by being ERC20 and have own chain then you "reinvent" pure POS like NTX NEM with 0% inflation
NOW focus Cris 😀 … all those multi million ICOs once they start running smart contracts on ETH main chain it will bloat ETH chain hard. Every 10m$-100m$ ICO will bloat ETH heavily. ETH success will be source of its fail same like over-hyped DiabloIII servers in 1st days of premiere and HYPE.
How it will end ? I guess you really know ^^. (PS: Sell ICOs and ETH by this time)
PS: This is long therm holder ETH drama longer he hold bigger problems will be.
15:00 will AEternity blockchain solve this problem?
Great video. Lisk can easily pass ETC, and maybe ETH.
hi Chris
i dont mean o come out rudely bu who are you exactly?
IS THIS CHART OUT OF DATE MAIDSAFE AND AUGOR ARNT IN THE TOP TEN
I think it would be very useful and interesting if you could show a graph with several cryptos on it as in Google finance. There you can put as many stocks on a chart as you want and select at any time period that you want. Do you know of a resource that can do that?
lisk team had issues to established a legal form in germany (burocracy can be a pain in the ass here), so they did it in swiss. Swiss is very blockchain friendly and the city of Zug is known as the european crypto valey. Lisks bureau is located in Berlin.
Miners can manipulate price by signaling segwit on/off.
Miners voting – bad.
I KNEW it! Litecoin miners bought a bunch of LTC, probably on margin then dumped in hashing power to push it over 75% then sold into the euphoria and bought short positions (on margin) and pulled the plug. They may try it again, or not.
The only solution I can see is UASF for both bitcoin and litecoin since there is too great profit motive for the miners to continue their selfish mining routine. The entities we're facing here aren't people, they are large blocks of money with many investors and they follow the psychopathic rules that any other corporation must follow. They will behave selfishly at the expense of the network until we stop them and force the adoption of Segwit though UASF. We badly need UASF full node clients for both bitcoin and litecoin.
Thank you for your videos. You are my top three information sites for crypto news!
I can think of why miners would want to retract support for segwit…..market manipulation
Lisk is one of the investments I believe in. I give it 1 year, then we should see price between 0.005 – 0.01 … An good profit 🙂
golem is out of Ukraine
Hi Chris
I am afraid the litecoin segwit signalling drop is due to the Chinese mining pools who oppose segwit and the ASIC miner manufacturers cheating the system by diverting power from their bitcoin miners to litecoin as they do not want it to activate (allegedly they say). I feel the proof is clear as day and I am saddened that even in a system that is meant to be for the people we still see corruption and plangent illegal activity like this going un policed and un punished.
Since you did not mention it when you talked about javascript, it might be good to know (if nothing else for your interview) that Brendan Eich is primarily known as the creator of javascript back in the mid-nineties and highly regarded in the computer science community.
The Ark guys have migrated from the Lisk team. (A Fench guy I think and an American)
Love the title meme! You always do a great play on words.
Golem is based in Poland 😛 Polish team
Wu turned off segwit signaling for LTC. He also increased his hashrate by using customers miners and made the excuse (for late delivery) that there was a firmware problem.
See this graph: https://bitcoinwisdom.com/litecoin/difficulty
Hey, you should do more government hate rants you do them better than anybody I love to hear you give it to them.
I was looking into Ark and I noticed their head of development previously was a member of the Lisk team.
Ark has a strong connection with Lisk and it looks like their are trying to make a platform in which you can 'smart bridge' to bitcoin, ethereum and lisk – with further development to add more later on. There will be research into point of sale hardware and the use of NFC technology and smart cards along with other features.
Looks like a pretty interesting project and if you could perhaps do a video on Ark?
Great podcast as ways Chris, I've only commented a few times but just want to say thank you. I probably wouldn't be where I am today without your channel
