While I am waiting for the Bitcoin Bowl broadcast to begin on ESPN, I might as well write some more articles tonight. The Noocoin trading market on Bittrex will open up soon, as their ICO/crowdfunding campaign has ended three days ago. The pre-order deposit system on the NooHack website has gone live as well in the mean time, so let’s take a look at that as well!
When visiting the NooHack website, you are presented with their variety of nootropic products which can all be pre-ordered as of right now. Once you add your product(s) to your shopping cart, and hit the Checkout button, we get to the important bit: the payments page.
As we have reported on in previous NooCoin article, there would be multiple payment options in order to purchase goods from the NooHack store. Both Bitcoin (10%) and NooCoin (25%) are valid payment methods, but there is also an option to pay with Paypal. However, when I checked out the website, the Paypal option was not available.
When proceeding through the checkout page, you are required to enter your shipping address. It seems like customers from around the world can place their nootropics order on Noohack as of this writing, whereas we weren’t sure if this was possible in the past.
There are two shipping methods available: Royal Mail Standard first class and Royal Mail Next Day. Both shipping options are fairly cheap, and ensure a pretty fast delivery. This does confirm all goods will be shipped from the United Kingdom, so non-EU residents might be subject to additional taxes when ordering from the Noohack store.
Do keep in mind the first 250 NooHack customers will receive 500 free NOO, regardless of their pre-order payment method. These free coins can be used as store credit towards any of your future purchases, which is a nice way to create a list of returning customers.
The Noocoin market on Bittrex will open up later today, at 23:59 PST. With 12.2 million NOO in circulation, it will be interesting to see how many people will be withdrawing coins to purchase goods at the NooHack store. We will keep an eye out for official numbers in a few days.
Last but not least, the Noocoin developer has once again confirmed there will be a NOO presence at the Bitcoin Expo 2015 event in London. According to the developer, this will be the first of a few live events to take place in 2015.
