Ryan Kennedy Responds To SysCoin’s Final Injunction

As most of you will know by now, Ryan Kennedy/Alex Green had a deadline to meet yesterday afternoon in order to pay the 750 Bitcoin owned to the SysCoin team. Unlike we all expected, Ryan Kennedy did provide the SysCoin team (or their legal representatives anyway) with a response.

You can imagine this response was quite unexpected, and has led to a very busy day for both the SysCoin team and their legal representatives, law firm Selachii LLP. The next step on the road to receiving the money they are owed is working through the next legal steps.  Read more...

Moolah.io Receives Final Injunction From SysCoin’s Legal Representatives

The legal tug-of-war between SysCoin and Alex Green/Ryan Kennedy/Moolah.io continues, as a final injunction has been served today. It will remain interesting to see how all of this will play out, and whether or not the SysCoin team will ever see their owed Bitcoins.

In a tweet posted earlier today, Selachii LLP, the law firm representing SysCoin in this case, confirmed a final injunction against Moolah.io has been served earlier today. Said injunction has been served both by email, as well as at the home address of Moolah.io?Alex Green/Ryan Kennedy.

SysCoin Emergency Injunction Against Moopay & Ryan Kennedy Granted By London High Court

Those of you who have been involved in the world of Bitcoin, altcoins and digital currency in general, have probably heard of the ongoing issues with Moolah.io. With SysCoin still being owed a lot of money from their pre-sale, which was hosted by Moolah.io, they decided to take legal action. A new update in this story has been provided, so let’s see what is going on.  

In our previous article, we mentioned how the SysCoin team took legal action against Moolah.io and MooPay LTD.
