One of the reasons why I keep writing articles about BitBay is because I believe in the technology being developed by David Zimbeck. Decentralized markets are a very promising prospect for cryptocurrency in general. As a result of this disruptive way of doing business online, David has come up with some interesting ideas in order to filter out illegal goods and services.

The original plan was to create a filter sifting out illegal goods and services through the creation of a whitelist. In order to do so, all of the market traffic would be channeled through a server in David’s control, and users would be granted access to decentralized markets based on good behaviour.  Read more...

BitBay To Benefit From Upcoming BitHalo/BlackHalo Update

One of the more interesting stories to keep your eye on in the world of cryptocurrency and altcoins these days, is the future development of the BitBay project. David Zimbeck Speaks Out, Provides Smart Contracts Demo Video

While there is still a ton of controversy and outrage surrounding certain members who participated in the BitBay ICO, the actual project and development is still going on as we speak. A demo video of smart contracts has been provided by David Zimbeck, and he also unveiled some more details about his involvement in the BAY project.

David Zimbeck feels he has been manipulated to get into the project, while the exact goal of the people trying to bring him in, was just to tarnish and potentially even destroy his reputation. David Zimbeck Issues Statement on the BitBay Ordeal

David Zimbeck, a well known and respected name in the world of cryptocurrency and altcoins, has issued his official statement in regards to the whole BitBay situation. David Zimbeck To Issue Statement on BitBay Situation

Pretty much anyone involved with digital currency and altcoins will have heard about the implosion of BitBay by now. Chat logs have been posted, detailing how the BAY price has been manipulated, funds have been released by Bter way too soon, and a whole bunch of other shenanigans we are not going to discuss here. First BitBay Smart Contract Has Been Created

A few days ago, we reported on BitBay releasing their updated client, which includes the feature to create smart contracts directly from your BAY wallet. Today, we have received some screenshots of the very first smart contract being created through the new client. David Zimbeck is also working on a small bug, so let’s look at that information as well!

One of the major selling points of BitBay is the fact they allow users to create smart contracts from their client. While the feature has been added in the recently released client, it took a while before someone actually created the very first smart contract.  Read more...

Updated BitBay Client Includes Halo, Smart Contracts & More

The long awaited updated BitBay client has been released today, and it comes packed with interesting features. While most cryptocurrency wallets out there offer a lot of different things, the new BAY client includes multi-signature support and Halo integration. Oh, and the new BitBay website went live as well. So much news, so let’s get to it!

Ever since BitBay successfully closed their ICO, and raised a ton of funds to boot, a lot of cryptocurrency enthusiasts have been anxiously waiting to see more information being revealed. We have good news, as a client update will be released later this week, and a screenshot of the BAY website has been published. Let’s take a look.
