Even though Bitcoin exchanges may not have the best reputation in the world of finance and “mainstream media” these days, it looks like some of these exchanges are being dragged down because they rely on third party service providers. When the first exchanges started integrating other payment processors for depositing and withdrawing funds, it was only a matter of time until the first problems arose.
More and more partnerships are being formed in the Bitcoin and digital currency space, and now EgoPay has been added as a payment method to Huobi Holding Companies’ BitYes. This partnership is another notch in the belt for Bitcoin adoption and accessibility.
For those of you who have not heard of EgoPay yet, allow me to tell you a bit more about this company. EgoPay is a global payment processor which allows for easy transfer of funds to friend or family, fund Forex or cryptocurrency account , shop online and lots and lots more.
The biggest news of the day (until now) is the fact that BTER, a very big and popular exchange, has opened several Crypto/USD markets. Even though we all knew this was coming at some point, I couldn’t be more pleased about the news.
Even though the amount of USD markets on BTER is still limited for now, they have some of the most popular Cryptos represented there. As of this writing, you can exchange USD for Bitcoin,LiteCoin, NXT, DogeCoin, DarkCoin and CounterParty (XCP).

If you have no idea who Patrick Byrne is, he’s the CEO of Overstock.com, a big US retailer that recently started accepting Bitcoin as a payment method, and saw a very nice revenue stream on top of their other orders since doing so.
