The list of mobile Bitcoin wallets keeps growing on a regular basis, so the time has come to review some more applications that may be of use to our readers. As we have seen over the course of this series, most mobile Bitcoin wallets are focusing on ease-of-use while still keeping security in mind. Let’s see if Bitdash Bitcoin Wallet follow that trend, or offers something unique.
REVIEW : Gems Messenger For Android, Available on Google Play Store
We had it on good notice that the GEMS Android application would be released yesterday evening. Even though we didn’t cover the original announcement (I was asleep at that time), we can now give our readers a preliminary review of the GEMS android application. Do keep in mind this is currently an open beta phase, and not all functionalities are enabled just yet.
Downloading The GEMS Application
The Gems Messenger application can easily be found in the Google Play Store, and is available to users worldwide. It took me a few seconds to find it, as I had searched for “Gems” first, which yielded a ton of results I didn’t actually need. Then again, if I had bothered to read the announcement properly that mistake wouldn’t have happened! But I digress.
VexCoin Android Wallet Available Now
Looks like we will have another slow news day, but I will try to provide our readers with some interesting updates along the line. Did you know VexCoin released their Android Wallet yesterday evening? Neither did I, so let’s find out more!
Even though we see altcoin Android Wallets popping up left, right and center these days, it’s still worth nothing when one gets released. Especially if it has been approved on the Google Play Store, and is not just an APK file you need to sideload.
StealthCoin’s StealthText Now Available For Android Devices
If you have been reading our previous articles on StealthCoin, you may remember us mentioning a neat little feature called StealthText. You can find the previous article about this feature here. StealthText is now also available on the Google Play Store!
StealthText allows people to send XST privately and securely using SMS texting. As there are many companies trying to crack the whole “sending money worldwide in an anonymous and secure way”, StealthText is definitely on the right path.
VeriCoin Android Wallet Out Today, New Website Design
It’s time for some more VeriCoin news. Ever since the hard fork, things have been relatively quiet over there. Several VRC members are attending the Bitcoin conference in Chicago though, so that explains. However, there is some news in regards to the VeriCoin Android Wallet!
We should see the VeriCoin Android Wallet appear in the Google Play Store at some point today. Please keep in mind the VRC Android Wallet is only in beta, and bug reporting is very important. Get in touch with the developers asap if you encounter any bugs.

BurnerCoin Racing Available In Google Play Store Plus Small Review
I just wanted to remind everyone about BurnerCoin’s Android game. It is finally available on the Google Play Store, and I also played it for a little bit to see what it’s all about. It is fun and slightly more addictive than I’d like to admit, so let’s take a look!
First of all, as we announced in the previous article (which can be found here), the BurnerCoin Racing game for Android has finally hit the Google Play Store. Just do a search for it, or if you prefer a direct link , click here .
BurnerCoin Announces Android Game, Tor Closed Beta And Multipool Bounty
After a slight delay, BurnerCoin have officially made their announcement. The rumours on Twitter were proven true, as it will be a racing game for the Android platform. With a simple name too : BurnerCoin Racing (beta).
This announcement makes BurnerCoin the second alternate Crypto with an Android game. The first one was CAIx, when they released the Tiny Elementals game. Either way, BurnerCoin Racing sounds like a fun game, as I like me a good racing game!
MyriadCoin Electrum Wallet Beta & Android Wallet Beta Available Now
MyriadCoin has been doing some amazing work which I would like to tell you all about. As if being the first ever multi-algo Proof-of-Work coin isn’t enough, let’s take a look at some other projects currently available for beta testing.
First of all, there is the Myriad Electrum Wallet Beta V3, which is available for download on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. In case you would encounter an unknown bug, there is a 250 MYR coin waiting for you.
Caishen : Not Just a Crypto Currency, But Also Games & Apps Development Company
It appears as if the Easter holidays are bringing some potentially interesting crypto currencies to the world this year. Even though there are already quite a lot of different coins available, I do believe that Caishen is an interesting one, and I’ll tell you why.
Although, I might actually have to correct myself already, as Caishen is not a crypto currency, it’s more of a company, where the assets are CAI (Caishen) and the company shares are traded and/or mined by the community. (This does kind of remind me of NoirBits)
AppCoin – The Digital Currency for Digital Products
Yesterday, AppCoin was launched. Or, to be more precise, AppCoin was relaunched yesterday, after some minor issues when the original launch took place. Then again, these things happen, and it takes a solid team, and a lot of guts to admit mistakes, and then try to do it better afterwards.
So what is AppCoin about? AppCoin will be a 21st century digital currency, used to purchase digital applications. As we all know, the application market has never been bigger than over the past few years.
We have seen a massive increase of smartphone and tablet usage, which both require applications that may or may not be free of charge.
