Korephone Windows Emulator & Updated Developer SDK Released

One of the more intriguing projects to be found in the world of cryptocurrency and altcoins these days, is the KorePhone. By creating its very own mobile operating system,  called Æther Kripton OS, the team is setting the bar very high for themselves. And in order to keep the average cryptocurrency enthusiast interested in the project, they have now released an emulator showing off the mobile OS in all of its glory.

Do keep in mind this emulator is only available for Windows users as of this writing, and we have not yet received word on whether or not it works on Wine. If one of our readers could test this out and let us know, we would be very grateful!  Read more...

KorePhone Update : SDK, API & Documentation To Be Released Monday

Interesting times are definitely ahead for Korecoin and its community, as more and more updates to the KorePhone and the Æther Kripton OS. A lot of new information and documentation is set to be released on Monday, so let’s take a look at what we can expect!

Paypal & Bitcoin – Why You Should Temper Your Expectations

The big news over the past day has been the fact that Paypal has finally greenlit the addition of Bitcoin payments to their platform. While that may sound extremely good at first glance, I do believe some excitement moderation is needed, as this might not be as big of a deal as some of us would expect.

Even though Paypal has partnered up with CoinBase to add Bitcoin support to their BrainTree SDK, nothing will change anytime soon. Having the possibility to accept Bitcoin payments through Paypal, or Paypal payments funded by Bitcoin, is great, don’t get me wrong. I really had a blast attending CoinSummit London 2014 last week.Besides meeting lots of awesome people, we also heard a bit more about some of the Bitcoin startups that are currently looking for funding. Chain is one of these companies.
