The Tokenization tracker

What has actually been put on-chain, asset class by asset class: what it is worth, who issued it, and the question that decides whether any of it matters, which is what a holder legally owns.

What this is, and what it is not

Market-size data for tokenized assets is already public and already good: rwa.xyz and DefiLlama both track outstanding value in close to real time, and this page does not try to compete with a live dashboard. What neither answers is the ownership question. A tokenized property share is usually a claim on an issuer, not a deed. A tokenized stock is usually a wrapper held by a custodian, not the share. A tokenized deposit is a bank liability and keeps its insurance; a stablecoin is not and does not. Each entry here states, in one sentence, what the holder of that instrument owns and who they own it from.
